Conceived as a harmonious extension of the jungle itself, Yaxkaan is a master plan for a thousand-lot development that unfolds through preserved forest, winding lakes, and a network of contemplative paths. Rather than impose order, the design listens — following the rhythms of the land, embracing its textures, and weaving a subtle framework of connectivity and calm.

The intervention balances density with preservation, ensuring that each lot coexists with generous vegetation, water bodies, and shaded trails. Native materials shape the few built elements, reinforcing the project’s identity and deep connection to place.
